Dr K. Subrahmanyam M.B., B.S., with The Divine Blessings of Sadguru Sri Sivananda Murthy Garu. Vidyasagara School was started as a humble tuition centre and has since blossomed into a leading English-medium institution in Bheemili, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. We are spanning 3500 Sq. yards, our school stands as a testament to dedication and growth.  Offering a holistic education encompassing academics, sports, and arts, we've secured our place in society amidst a burgeoning educational landscape. The legacy of our founders ensures that every student receives a value-based education in a serene and hygienic environment with an affordable fee structure. Even to this day, we have the lowest fee structure with no-compromise in facilities for students.

Dr. K. Subrahmanyam, a distinguished general physician, graduated with honors from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He served as a Senior Medical Officer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) from 1982 to 1992 before becoming Deputy Medical Superintendent in Visakhapatnam until 2000. Opting for Voluntary Retirement in 2000, he established a thriving clinical practice in Bheemili, a village 30 km from Visakhapatnam. Known for his compassionate care and exceptional diagnostic skills, Dr. Subrahmanyam's reputation has attracted patients from far and wide, contributing to the growth and accessibility of healthcare in Bheemili.

The wife of Dr. K. Subrahmanyam, she began her career as a beloved English teacher in a high school. Displeased with the restrictions imposed by Missionary Schools on Hindu teachers in 1992, she left her position to tutor students privately. With guidance from their Spiritual Guru, Sadguru Sri Sivananda Murthy garu, she and her husband founded Vidyasagara School in a community hall. By 1994, they expanded to their own acre of land, establishing the only English Medium School in the area at the time. Now, she serves as both Principal and Secretary, continuing to shape young minds with her dedication and sincerity.

The son of the school's founders, he is a Mechanical Engineer and Cost Accountant who managed a Print and Publishing company from 2011 to 2019. Since then, he has served as the full-time Director of the Society. Under his leadership, a DDUGKY Skill Development Training Centre was established, training and placing 150 rural girls in garment companies and retail malls. He also initiated a Skill Development program for SC/ST students in food processing, conducted both within the school campus and in tribal areas. Currently, his focus is on the school's administration and development.

Dr. K. Subrahmanyam's father, Late Dr. K.V.L. Narasimham, was a renowned Eye Surgeon and a dedicated patriot, providing extensive free services during the freedom struggle era. His elder brother, late Dr. K. Viswanadham, was one of the first MD graduates in general medicine from AIIMS, Delhi in the 1960s, with a thriving practice in Warangal, AP. His nephew, Professor Madhu K, based in Canada, is a globally respected authority in Economics, with numerous highly cited works.
