Vidyasagara Educational Society was founded in 1994 with aim of spreading Invaluable School Education affordably in society without compromising in facilities and capabilities. The Education that the students receive should help them in choosing a righteous career, excel in their chosen field, should keep their love for the country and society in tact, help them live a contentful and happy life and thereby lead a fulfilling life.

Vidyasagara School

Vidyasagara School is an Educational Institution from Nursery to X, English Medium. The School is located in Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh (AP), India. It is recognised by Government of AP. The school was founded in 1994 by Smt K Shantha M.A.,B.Ed., and her husband Dr K Subrahmanyam M.B.,B.S., a General Physician. What first started as a tuition centre has grown into a full-fledged school from Nursery to X. It was amongst the earliest schools in its area.

DDU-GKY under Mord

Vidyasagara Educational Society is actively engaged in various Skill Development Programs. Having realised there is no proper training Institute for Apparel Designing and Industrial Stitching in the vicinity, we started a Skill Development Programe for the same said skill.

Apparel Assistant Designers – MadeUps. Its exclusively for women of the age group of 18-30yrs. We have taken poor rural girls, gave them free boarding and lodging, trained them in the skill for 108 days and placed them in Jobs. Apparel Designing and Industrial Stitching is the main domain. Along with it we also taught them Personality Development, Communication Skills and Computer awareness. It’s a DDU-GKY program of Central Government and we have done it with collaboration. As of now we have discontinued due to non-clearance of bills from Government. Under this scheme we have trained 150 rural girls and placed 75% of them in Garment and Related Industries.

National SC/ST Hub

Vidyasagara Educational Society was a Training Partner for Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council ie APPC which in association with National SC/ST Hub has conducted a 45 days Training Program in Food Processing Sector for 180 students and successfully placed 80% of the candidates.

Also, we set up a Training Centre in the inaccessible Tribal Areas and successfully conducted the Program.
